This Special Event on PSE will be an event in which participants will share a broad view of the current state of technology and an update of new developments and ideas for designing sustainable process and energy systems. At a time when the industry is looking for developing such systems, it will be shown how PSE methods and tools are used at different stages of the design and operation of novel and sustainable chemical and biochemical processes. Coinciding with the proposed World Congress objectives in sustainability, challenges will be addressed in decarbonization, CO2 capture, energy efficiency, water management, and health and food.
